The St. Regis Butler Service Desk is dedicated to fulfilling and even anticipating every need, whatever that might be, at delightfully remarkable speed.
The St. Regis Butler Service is accessible at any hour via email. On arrival, the Butler presents a business card which includes a telephone number and email address and invites guests to make contact if they would like a request fulfilled.

Upon arrival, a St. Regis Butler will be delighted to arrange tea or coffee to be served in guests’ rooms. On request, a St. Regis Butler will arrive after a morning wake-up call to draw the shades and deliver coffee or tea as well as the day's newspaper and weather forecast for as long as a guest wishes.
In-room tea, infusions and coffee will be complimentary throughout a guest’s stay.
Unpacking and packing services
While a guest relaxes, the St. Regis Butler will unpack and, on departure, help make packing utterly painless.
The St. Regis Butler will be delighted to organize for garments to be pressed and folded. Two items may be pressed free of charge.
